Times Union Center

The overall vision of the renovated space is to create an enclosed four season wide open park-like green space atmosphere within the boundaries and existing footprint while maintaining required Code compliant egress paths and proper pedestrian flow in and out of the area. The renovations and redesign of the front atrium, the south facade, and the northeast corner of the Times Union Center elevates the usefulness, improves curb appeal and created a space that enhances the experience of both patrons and the general public attending the various events plus strengthens the marketability of the Times Union Center.
