Maserati of Manhattan

Synthesis Architects provided architectural design services for Stellantis Realty. The scope of work included programming/conceptual design through project construction administration for the renovation of five floors, 130,000 square feet of an existing automotive sales and service dealership in Manhattan. Architectural services included code and zoning review, space planning to provide the optimal solution to retrofit the existing showroom and sales support areas to meet Maserati/Alfa Romeo facility design standards, replace all interior finish materials in the showroom, sales support areas, service reception support areas, reconfigure existing wash/detail bays, reconfigure existing customer lounge, upgrade existing new vehicle deliver area and existing truck service bays with Maserati/Alfa Romeo finishes.

Synthesis also redesigned the exterior facades of the building to accommodate the exterior materials and geometry of the Maserati/Alfa Romeo facility standards and evaluated and incorporated the stringent New York City requirements for façade improvements, ramping/ADA accessibility and any other repair work necessary to gain full occupancy approvals.
