The Capital Project focused on building security and the advancement of district facilities in support of 21st century learning. Reconfiguration of Middle School and High School classroom spaces and minor additions provides flexible learning environments that allow for collaboration, project-based learning, independent work, demonstration and instruction. Work at the Elementary School included an addition in the historic building’s courtyard to provide a contemporary STEAM lab and maker-space. Athletic work included installation of lights at the track and field.
Architectural services for district-wide EXCEL classified projects. Scope included major High School bus loop construction, site work improvements, plus energy and security related upgrades at the school facilities. Initial tasks included analysis of problem areas in the district’s facilities, and scoping and budgeting as related to the results of that analysis.
