Auto Dealer Design

Synthesis Architects provided auto dealer design. Renovations and additions for an existing Lexus Sales facility and a separate Lexus Service facility.

The Lexus Sales project was focused on renovations to the existing showroom, sales offices, restrooms and a new facade to meet Lexus image requirements.

The Lexus Service project consisted of renovations to the existing services administration and service drive areas with an addition of a new service area that included 16 service bays, locker rooms and parts/fluids areas. An adjacent diner was demolished as part of the work, allowing for an expansion of the overall site. The additional land allowed for increased services and more efficient operations.
