Gables Auto Vault

Synthesis Architects created the design for this unique five-story auto dealership and auto storage facility in the Coral Gables area of Miami, Florida.

This facility contains a Tesla dealership with auto service facility on the first three floors and luxury car condominiums for private storage and display of automobile collections on the fourth and fifth levels.

The building also features a private lounge area and rooftop garden for the exclusive use of condominium owners, making the building one of the most unusual in the Miami area. This distinctive auto facility design reflects the auto dealership brand and the exclusive nature of the building.
