Car condominiums
Car condominiums are a recent development for car enthusiasts who need to safely house their valuable vehicles. These private units, are owned or leased similar to regular condos, but with features that cater to the needs of collectors. Safety is provided with 24/7 security, building is climate controlled, and exterior glass is hurricane resistant. The building also provides concierge service and a car detailing service. While autos are pampered, there are also common areas jointly owned and give members an opportunity to get together, display their cars, and socialize. All of this happens within a high design building.
