Architectural Construction Administrator

Synthesis Architects is seeking a Construction Administrator. We are an award-winning design firm providing architecture and planning for Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Automotive, and Government clients.

Candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project Construction Administration

Job duties, in collaboration with project leadership:

• Represent the firm at the Job Site
• Resolve issues in the field
• Review construction documents prior to bid
• Respond to RFI’s and Review Submittals
• Prepare of field reports and Punchlists
• Process payment applications and change orders
• Project closeout
• Hand sketching and/or REVIT drafting
• Travel to construction sites (day and possible overnight)
