Siena College –
Administration Building
Loudonville, New York
Complete rehabilitation of an existing building into a new administrative office building for Siena College. The building was re-envisioned to provide offices for several administrative departments, ROTC offices and classrooms.
The building has been modernized with a new elevator, restrooms and other features to make the building fully handicapped accessible. New windows, mechanical systems and solar photovotaics help increase energy efficiency and contributed to receiving LEED Gold. The building rehab included HVAC, electric, handicap access, and hazmat.
Synthesis Architects was part of a design-build team with Turner Construction.
