Dining Facility

Renovation and redesign of 7,000 SF existing main dining hall at The College of St. Rose. As part of a design-build team with U.W. Marx, Synthesis completed design, construction documents and construction within the Colleges’ aggressive schedule.

Redesigned serving and seating areas to facilitate improved circulation and overall dining experience. The completely renovated space includes new millwork, seating, lighting, flooring, and wall finishes, which created an elegant interior design solution that enhanced the existing space. The result is a sophisticated environment that caters to the needs of the student population.
