Architectural design and space planning for the development of this 4-story, 100,000 square foot regional headquarters on an urban site. The masonry facade was designed to blend with the historic character of downtown Albany, while reflecting modern design principles. The historic wall feature in the main lobby was created utilizing salvaged brick, reflecting the building that was demolished to make way for new construction.
